In the Beginning
Crab Cake - tender crabmeat, capers, fresh lemon and chives served atop a remoulade sauce.

Vidalia Onion Stack - served with a cucumber dill sauce.

Prawn Martini - Tender Gulf Shrimp char-grilled marinated in Gin & Vermouth served in a
martini glass and garnished with black ban corn salsa

Spinach and Artichoke Dip - a velvety mixture of spinach, artichoke and cream.





Apple Walnut - spring mix, granny smith apples, candied walnuts, gorgonzola crumbles and cherry tomatoes
topped with poppy seed dressing.

Caesar- romaine lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan and garlic croutons.

Poppy's Wedge - lettuce, tomato, bacon, served with your choice of blue cheese or garlic ranch.

Katie's Key Lime Shrimp - Marinated and grilled shrimp drizzled with a Key Lime Beurre Blanc,
paired with rice pilaf.

Rhoni's Mahi Squared - seasoned with a Creole rub and grilled, finished with a yellow bell pepper
puree, served with rice pilaf and charred cherry tomatoes.

Shana's Shrimp & Oysters - a combination of breaded shrimp & oysters atop creamed corn,
and chili sauce.. make it all shrimp for a little extra.

Landon's Lobster Ravioli - tossed with marinara...or with crabmeat creame sauce.

Jamison's Con Broccoli - herb-marinated chicken grilled & tossed with broccoli and
linguini in Alfredo sauce.

Casey's Crab Cakes - served atop a remoulade sauce, accompanied with our cole slaw.

Citrus Salmon - pan seared filet of Salmon, topped with a citrus compound butter,
served with rice pilaf and asparagus.






Prime Rib au Jus - Slow roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Baked Potato.

Filet Mignon - the most tender cut available, 8 oz.

Ricky's Ribeye - a 12 oz steak known for its great marbeling and exceptional flavor.

South Georgia Sirloin - a tender and flavorful cut 7 oz or 12 oz.

Seven and Seven - a 7 oz sirloin grilled and served with 7 fried shrimp.

Cajun Pork Chop - a 1 1/2 inch grilled bone-in pork chop, seasoned with a Creole rub and
served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed muschrooms.

Dusty's Pork Medallions - Tender Pork Tenderloin topped with a chipotle and rasperry sauce,
served with garlic mashed potatoes and southern style green beans.
